Internet Jammer Malware: Disruptive and DangerousInternet jamming, once limited to physical devices, has evolved into a more sinister form. Malware can now lie dormant in routers and mobile devices, capable of generating jamming signals. This malicious software poses a significant threat, as it can slow down applications, hijack GPS coordinates, interfere with Bluetooth connectivity, and even enable call spoofing. Its applications range from warfare tactics to undermine systems operations, to business sabotage against competitors. The extent of this issue is alarming, as it can disrupt internet access and navigation systems. Defensive software development must address this growing concern.“Jamming attacks are the use of malicious interference on wireless communication systems, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cell phone networks. GPS systems can also be the target of jamming attacks.
