They are exactly where they should be (between Norici, Veneti and Iapodes) except I22934 who looks to be Etruscan:

Multidisciplinary investigation reveals an individual of West African origin buried in a Portuguese Mesolithic shell midden four centuries ago
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/ar...9X22000335
Cabeço da Amoreira is a well-studied shell midden with a robust chronology based on a large number of radiocarbon dates on Mesolithic human burials. Surprisingly, we discovered one individual that lived about 400 years ago buried in this site. We employed a multidisciplinary approach integrating archaeology, historical records, genetics, radiocarbon dating and stable isotope analysis to investigate the biogeographic origins of this individual and burial circ*mstances. We could determine that this was a man of West African origin, probably from Senegambia, arriving in Portugal via the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. Our study provides new insights into aspects of the life and death of a first-generation African individual in Portugal during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade period and highlights the power of multidisciplinary research to unravel unwritten history.

May I ask if you could share the IDs+G25coords of all the samples in this PCA? (maybe by PM or a fitting thread)
Reason is from the ID-names it seems a lot are not in the official G25 set (yet) - is this assumption correct?
Thx

According to the paper, Ancient West African Foragers in the Context of African Population History (2020), up to 29% of the ancestry in Niger-Congo peoples (West Africans and Bantus) derived from a source that the paper refers to as "Ghost Modern" (as in an unknown modern human population); the paper also posits that 31% of the ancestry in Mota comes from a variation of this source. This source diverged into its own lineage before the primary lineages of Khoisan and Pymgies did so, according to the paper.

Can anyone produce simulated G25 coordinates of it from the G25 coordinates of Niger-Congo peoples and from Mota?

Here is a figure from the article that labels Niger-Congo people and Mota as carrying Ghost Modern ancestry:https://i.imgur.com/XN2bVUi.jpeg

Abstract
The Xinjiang region in northwest China is a historically important geographical passage between East and West Eurasia. By sequencing 201 ancient genomes from 39 archaeological sites, we clarify the complex demographic history of this region. Bronze Age Xinjiang populations are characterized by four major ancestries related to Early Bronze Age cultures from the central and eastern Steppe, Central Asian, and Tarim Basin regions. Admixtures between Middle and Late Bronze Age Steppe cultures continued during the Late Bronze and Iron Ages, along with an inflow of East and Central Asian ancestry. Historical era populations show similar admixed and diverse ancestries as those of present-day Xinjiang populations. These results document the influence that East and West Eurasian populations have had over time in the different regions of Xinjiang.
